Keratek is the representative of BWM, a German company specialized in producing and marketing of aluminium cladding-support-systems for all types of ventilated facades, such as the ones made with ceramics, fibre cement tiles, granite, laminate etc. Only high-quality Al-Mg-Si alloys are used.
We deliver not only material, but also the static analysis, specification of materials used and mounting plans as well, together with a 10 - year guarantee of the functioning of the subconstruction.

ATK 100 KL
System with visible clips.
This is the simplest and most frequently used system. L-brackets with EPDM-inlay carry the vertical T-form profiles. The corresponding piece with four clip fasteners is attached to T-profiles with rivets. The clips are made of stainless steel, custom enameled to match the colour of the tiles. EMDP-inlay provides elastic laying for the cladding. ATK 102 Minor
System with visible clips.
There are channels for single visible clips in aluminium profiles, which allows matching of the clip colour with different tile colours. Open joints can be either 4 mm or 8 mm wide, depending on the position and orientation of the distance holders. EPDM inlay (made of neoprene rubber) is put into position along the aluminum profile channel, and it prevents the tiles from vibrating and sliding aside and provides elastic laying of the tiles. To get a system with invisible clips for a relative low price there is a way of cuting channels into the tile. Clips go into those channels and make clips invisible that way. The minimal thickness of the tiles for that system is 12 mm. ATK 102
System with visible clips.
This system is especially suitable for greater wind loads and bigger bracket distances. U-brackets and U-profiles are used. The distance between vertical profiles corresponds with the tile width. ATK 103
System with invisible anchors.
The system consists of vertical U-profiles or T-profiles, whose distance does not depend on the width of tiles. T-profiles carry the horizontal profiles, whose distance is determined by the vertical dimension of tiles. Each tile is equipped with 4 stainless steel Keil anchors for mounting on the horizontal profiles. The holes for Keil anchors, as well as the mounting of anchors, are either done in the factory or on the building site, which is a cheaper solution. This system is almost 50% more expensive than the system with visible clips. This system is also used for façade cladding with granite tiles that are min. 2 cm thick. This system is cheaper than the traditional system with classical anchors and 3 cm thick granite tiles, especially at greater distances of granite tiles from the load-bearing construction. www.keil-werkzeuge.com |
